Whereas in the past The Council has only sought transactional relationships with hardware suppliers, The Council are now looking to the value-add areas and service support that could be offered that until now has otherwise been overlooked. The Council is looking for a supplier not only for the supply of desktop hardware and peripherals but to also support in the development and deployment of the ongoing end user device strategy.
