Description

The Client is Southend Borough Council (SBC), however the Contract will be managed by South Essex Homes (SEH). SBC is focused on enhancing the customer experience and as such would expect the appointed contractor to demonstrate flexibility during and post mobilisation, and work collaboratively with SBC during the life of the contract to implement customer facing changes. The appointed contractor will also be required to work closely with SBC's various resident groups, as they play an active part in ensuring the service delivered meets the expectations of SBC's tenants and leasholders.
