Description
This framework is to provide Ad-Hoc Engineering Support/Consultancy services to the Oil and Pipelines Agency (OPA) on a per project basis, in order to allow OPA to fulfil its requirements as O&M for Oil Fuel Depots (OFDs) on behalf of the MoD. There is currently a number of packages of Engineering works planned in order to modernise the aging assets contained within the OFDs, these projects vary in size and complexity and are actioned on an individual project basis. The OPA currently has a dedicated Engineering team, however to meet the required level of works, some additional support is required, typically where in-house resources are not capable of delivery within the required time frame or where specialist services/consultancy is required. Each commission will be assessed on its individual merit and a tailored scope of works created for pricing, which could reflect any number of stages within the typical project life cycle, from design only, to full turn key packages.
