CLIENT DETAILS
Client is an older person who has dementia and is unsteady on his feet. He uses a walking stick or a foldable 3 wheeled rollator.
TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS:
• Taxi with boot space to transport a foldable 3 wheeled rollator
• Crew must be Client Transport (Safeguarding) trained; hold current Bucks CC ID badges, be DBS checked and have clear English communication

JOURNEY REQUIREMENTS

3 morning journeys required on a weekly basis
