Description

A priced proposition for an integrated ICT solution that provides for the advertising and letting of affordable housing (management of the housing register and choice based lettings) to clients of Sussex Homemove, a sub-regional partnership comprising 10 local authorities and 4 local authority [housing] stock managing associations. The ICT solution also needs to support the customer journey, from when the Partnership's client first realises they may be made homeless, in identifying the housing options available to them, homeless prevention, making an application to join the housing register if eligible, bidding for accommodation and, if shortlisted, receiving a lettings offer.
