Description
The Ministry of Health (MoH), Government of Ethiopia and the Accelerating the Sustainable Control and Elimination of NTDs programme (ASCEND), wish to engage an Implementing Partner to provide WASH NTD Coordination services in Ethiopia.
Crown Agents Limited, as leader of the consortium managing ASCEND, now invites bids from suitably qualified Bidders to be engaged as subcontractors to support the MoH in Ethiopia to provide the Rollout of WASH NTD integration National Framework and woreda implementation toolkit.
The Contract will be for a period of approximately 14 months, expected to run from November 2020 to December 2021.
This is an open competition under which bids are invited from any organisation. Bidders may be commercial (for profit) firms, faith-based, and non-profit organisations, either independently or in partnership or consortia.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with procedures and evaluation criteria described in the RFP. The successful bidder will be invited to negotiate and sign a subcontract based on terms set out in the RFP.
