Description

To support the JFHQ J2INTSUM (Intelligence Summary) process. It will support improved operational effectiveness for JFHQ through an improved understanding and optimisation of their J2INTSUM data management process.

1. The Joint Warfare Information Advantage Change Campaign con-tains 5 Accelerator projects designed to deliver high-impact, low cost and measurable improvements and drive campaign momentum.

2. One of the accelerator projects is entitled Adapting an HQ for Infor-mation Advantage (AHQIA). The objectives of the accelerator are:

a. To analyse the data management requirements of an Operational HQ.

b. To understand how to improve the development of data manage-ment capabilities.

c. To assess the options to commission and deliver Defence digital services development projects.
