Medway Council (the Commissioners) are seeking to commission an integrated sexual health service in Medway providing the following elements: 1. Hub and Spoke clinics offering a full level 1-3 service and Self-managed care 2. Self-managed care (including online access to kits for STI sampling) 3. Outreach 4. Psychosexual therapies 5. National Chlamydia Screening Programme 6. CCard condom distribution scheme 7. LARC (Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive) fitting and removal in primary care 8. EHC (Emergency Hormonal Contraception) in Pharmacies 9. HIV Adult Services
