Description

The purpose of this tender is to appoint an independent evaluation consultant to assess and report on how far the project has achieved the National Lottery Heritage fund objectives for the ' Forging a Strong Partnership and a Sustainable Future for Berwick Barracks' partnership project led by English Heritage, working with Northumberland County Council, Museums Northumberland, Berwick Visual Arts, the King's Own Scottish Borderers and Berwick Museums and Archives Action Group.
