Description

Contractors are invited to 'express an interest' in providing regular masonry maintenance and repair works together with new build works for Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) for a three year period with an option for 2 further years by agreement between both parties. These works are to be carried out on Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland and on other structures. Works are to be valued in accordance with a bespoke schedule of rates which is to be updated by tendered percentage adjustments (plus or minus). The Form of Contract will be the JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2011
