Description

ACSL is the construction delivery subsidiary company of Paragon ASRA Housing Limited (Paragon ASRA), which is a housing association and Registered Provider of social housing. Paragon ASRA Housing Limited provides housing across the Midlands, London and the South East offering a range of housing solutions from affordable rent and independent living to shared ownership and outright sale for those in need.

The Project aims to deliver a part six-storey and part nine-storey development consisting of 97 residential units at a site located on Felix Road, Walton-On-Thames (the Site). Paragon ASRA aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents.

The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 97 units of which 27 are one-bedroom, and 70 are two-bedroom units. The scheme consists of 1 block with associated services, landscaping, cycle storage and car parking areas. The Project will deliver a nursery on the ground floor as well as planting and hard landscaping.
All the units will be required to meet the minimum size requirements of the new nationally described space standard and the London Housing Design Guide August 2010; the principles of Secure by Design; and the plans approved by Elmbridge Borough Council in Decision Notice 2019/3601 dated 26 January 2021, and as described further in the Employer's Requirements.

The anticipated value of the Project is approximately Twenty two million five hundred thousand pounds (£22,500,000) ex VAT. Applicants should note that this sum is indicative only and are not to be read as a fixed or final cost. The anticipated build period for the Project will be approximately 24 months.
