Description

Help shape plans from 2018 to 2022

Community providers and other stakeholders are invited to join commissioners to discuss plans for a new commissioning framework for services operating from June 2018.

When: 17th August and 26th September from 1:30 til 4:30 *
Where: Council Chamber, Plaza West, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU

A range of topics will be covered including:

o Tackling poverty
o Thriving Communities
o Managing community buildings
o Care navigation
o Well-being support

Reading Borough Council will host the Narrowing the Gap II Commissioning Framework, but:
o some services will be commissioned jointly by the local authority and by the Reading Clinical Commissioning Groups; and
o some services will be commissioned outside the Reading boundary.
