Description

The supply of Flow Cytometry
New equipment is required to replace our current flow cytometry and ancillary equipment. Solutions are required for refining the whole workflow process through pre-analytic, analytical and post-analytical phases.The departmental requirements are split into two lots:
Lot 1: Pre-analytical processor(s) and flow cytometer(s):
i. More than one flow cytometer of the same model capable of detecting deflected light (forward and sidescatter) and a minimum of 10 fluorescence emissions analysis and able to analyse unlimited events per sample tube
ii. Pre-analytical sample handling/antibody cocktail automation system. This should have the ability topipetteantibody cocktails
iii. One cell washer
Lot 2: CD4 monitoring and TBNK enumeration:
i. More than one fully automated CD4 count and TBNK sample processor
Each lot will be evaluated separately and may be provided by the same or different manufacturer. Separatecostsfor each lot should be provided.
