Description
The Authority has the following intended requirement within the Special Projects community. The requirement is for the procurement of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) ancillaries, cables and related communication equipment accessories within the broad project scope. It will be the responsibility of the prime contractor source all the required equipment and to deliver directly to the end user. The contractor will be provided with a list of equipment and asked to provide the Authority with a quote for each item, the Authority will then review this quote and confirm their acceptance, the contractor will then be required to supply the equipment to the end user. There may also be ad hoc buys from our customers so the final contract must be able to support such requests. The Authority can only consider UK companies, that are Facility Security Clearance (FSC) clearance at SECRET UK EYES ONLY, due to the Security Classification of the project, with sole UK personnel that have a minimum of SC clearances for delivery of the project, this will be required by contract award.
ITAR compliancy is also essential for the importation of some equipment. This contract including options will be 9 years to the OSD March 2032.
