Description

Copeland Borough Council, South Lakeland District Council and Lake District National Park Authority are seeking a costed proposal and innovative methodology from suitably experienced consultants to undertake a piece of work focusing on the assessment of housing need in rural areas.The study is required primarily to inform the above Local Authorities as how best to assess and determine the housing needs of rural area using a model and process that can be quickly and easily refreshed by the Local Authorities. Particularly areas of interest are within the Lake District National Park where second homes are more prevalent.
