Description

The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Residential Activity Services in relation to the NCS (National Citizen Service) programme in the districts of Arun and Chichester currently, however over the framework period this may extend to the county of West Sussex.

The programme is delivered over a four week period during the summer and 1 week condensed programme in autumn to teams of 15 young people. Teams are grouped in wave for the purposes of managing dates and numbers. For example, in summer 2017, we delivered 2 waves with 9 teams in each: a total of 135 young people.

An initial call off will also be carried out at the same time as the establishment of the Framework.
