Description

Deliverables

Spot Cleaning:
o Removal of stains and spillages across each square, particularly around bins, benches and plinths
o Removal of chewing gum
o Removal of built up dirt in drainage slots

Major Clean:
o Spot clean - across the entire square

Considerations:
o Ideally, all work is to be carried out overnight to cause minimum disruption. Consideration will be given for work to be undertaken during core hours but outside of peak periods
o Water barriers must be deployed to prevent water (clean or dirty) from running into the soft landscaped areas and onto the frontage of any building.
o Cleaning public art and buildings is not included in this specification and great care must be taken when working near to and around each item/building.

Timescales and Frequency:
The contract period will be between July 2022 and 31st March 2024. However, the provision of service will be split into two periods:
o Period 1 - July 2022 to 31st March 2023
