This is the award notice for an opportunity notice which was published on Contract Finder on 10.04.17.

Please note that as per the original ITT, the University reserved the right to vary the number of kitchens to be completed by up to 50% dependant upon budget availability following award. The initial contract value of £122,170 submitted by the winning supplier was based on the 10 kitchens in the ITT specification and used for evaluation purposes to ensure fair comparison against all other bidders. Following award of contract and subsequent review of available budget, the University has elected to increase the number of kitchens to be refurbished from 10 to 12 and the final contract award value of £141,723 reflects this.
