Description

PHE require the refurbishment of 2 Laboratories.

Laboratory 124:

Room 01/124 is an occupied ACDP level 2 suite. The room décor dates back 20 years and has been made good and patched up on a number of occasions. It is proposed to refurbish this room to a suitable standard that will satisfy the requirements of the end users and the safety department. This project will involve removing and replacing the floor, wall and ceiling coverings, sockets, data points, light fittings and benching.

Laboratory 211:

Room 01/211 is an occupied ACDP level 2 suite, it is comprised of 3 separate rooms and a lobby. The room décor dates back 20 years and has been made good and patched up on a number of occasions. It is proposed to refurbish these rooms to a suitable standard that will satisfy the requirements of the end users and the PHE safety department. This project will involve removing and replacing the floor, wall and ceiling coverings, air conditioning units, internal and external doors, sockets, light switches and data points, hand wash sinks, and benching.
