This contract is for the provision of a consolidated IT Procurement Strategy Service and Renewal Management service, awarded via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 12 Framework Service ID 931633984772794.

The contract value stated is for an initial 2 year term with the option to extend for a further 1+1 years extending the value to potentially £40,000,000 depending on the extension options. The potential estimated pass-through value inclusive of mark-up is £10,000,000 p.a.
