Description

Appointment of a natural turf and non-turf playing pitch specialist and multi-discipline team to enable the preparation of detailed specifications, estimate of costs, tender documentation, planning applications, project management and works co-ordination for the improvement of several key strategic playing pitch facilities (including city council managed and maintained operated sites and Parklife hub sites managed and maintained by a 3rd party) located across the city including; pitch drainage schemes, non-turf cricket wicket installations, modular changing rooms, fencing and other associated works, which are required as part of existing time limited s106 planning approvals relative to the current Playing Pitch Strategy (PPS) and proposals outlined in the Leisure Capital Programme.
