Description
Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, on behalf of Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group and South Devon & Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group ('The CCG') are an undertaking early engagement exercise to help inform their strategy in regard to the delivery of the South West Peninsula Rapid Response Service for unexpected child death services The CCG are asking potential providers to complete an engagement questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to give providers the opportunity to help inform and understand how the CCG can approach some of the key issues associated with the delivery of the described services. The outcome of this is intended to help to inform the CCGs how to approach future opportunities for the services to ensure that the best outcomes for service users are delivered. Further background information and service descriptions are available within the attached questionnaire. The CCG requests that questionnaire responses are submitted to scwcsu.clinical.procurement@nhs.net by 5pm Friday 11th August 2017.
