Description

Aston University buildings are currently controlled via a TREND 963 building management system supervisor. The building level controls are a mix of TREND IQ controllers. The controllers are networked via private VLAN's. The system is used to control HVAC equipment only, it is not used for energy monitoring, occupancy profiling or lighting controls.

The BMS system shall be upgraded from TREND 963 to TREND IQVision including, but not limited to:-
Onsite hosting of the application on a virtual machine (machine to procured direct by Aston University and installed by the Aston University in-house IT Team - the successful contractor shall confirm the exact machine specification 4 weeks prior to access to the machine is required),
- Access to the system via HTML5,
- Reproduction (and improvement) of all current graphics, including new floor plan graphics,
- Implementation of new alarms, and alarm pages,
- Creation of multiple accounts, with various access rights.
