WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint service providers to work with us to provide our required Communal Emergency Lighting and periodic testing.

The estimated contract value is approx. £2,500,000 over the duration of ten years on a 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 basis. It is a requirement that your annual turnover is at least 10% of the contract value i.e. £250,000 per annum.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
