Description
We are looking to meet with suppliers and discuss the specification and understand in more depth pressures on the market and tendering in the current COVID - 19 environment.
The service comprises 5 accommodation-based sites with 43 bed spaces in the North of the Royal Borough Of Kensington & Chelsea. It will retain the existing tenants therein. The service will be operating from a hub that will provide a 24/7 waking night service and a concierge to operate across the service at Heaney Lodge.
The support provider will have to provide both housing management and support for 5 properties (an integrated service). The provider is expected to develop high quality housing management practices as part of the integrated service model. These must complement the support service provided and assist the individual to maintain their accommodation while developing the skills they require to live independently and to move on successfully.
We are buying a service that requires suitably qualified support workers not volunteers. We require the following staffing level:
- 1 FTE Manager
- 1 FTE Deputy Manager
- Minimum of 14 FTE Support Workers
- Minimum of 1 FTE Assistant Support Workers
- 2 FTE Waking Night Support Workers
The above staffing should equate to the following support hours:
- 607.50 support hours
- 67.50 Waking Night Support hours
The staffing split is:
Manager 60% Support
Deputy Manager 80% Support
Support workers x14 90% Support
Assistant Support Workers x1
