Description

The Contracting Authority (De Montfort University (DMU)) is currently implementing various SAP Modules such as SAP Finance, HR and BI. As these modules rollout more and more legacy systems will be left 'sitting' on the production environment.
There are no established processes, infrastructure or tools in place for removing data from the production network, whether that is to:-

o Warehouse data that is still of use to the university
o Archive data that is very infrequently used and that only needs to be kept for legal or regulatory reasons
o Delete data, systems and applications that are no longer required for production purposes or for legal and regulatory reasons

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a single Provider contract for the provision of a Data Archiving Solution (Service).
