Description

The Trust is looking to introduce a customer contact centre to facilitate its 'Customer First' Programme. The contact centre will be a centralised customer hub, handling all facets of customer contact - not just calls. The Trust's vision is to implement a system that not only allows efficient and effective query resolution but also provides a holistic view of the customer, allowing us to move away from dealing with individual queries in isolation.
