A summary of this tenders scope is as follows:1)Towage of the vessel from her moorings on the River Itchen to a suitable lift out location onthe Solent.2)Lift out of the vessel onto the free supply transportation cradle, ensuring the site canaccommodate the proposed barge.3) Transportation of the vessel via the barge from the lift out location to Hartlepool, ensuringcompliance with MCA and Port requirements en route.4) On arrival at Hartlepool, the ship and transportation cradle to be lifted from the barge andtransported via road to NMRN Hartlepool.5)Secure the vessel in the car park of NMRN Hartlepool.
