Description

Birmingham City Council (the Council) invites potential suppliers to submit quotes for Supply & delivery of Flower Towers for the Commonwealth Games

The requirement is for the supply of 270 Flower Towers to be situated in various locations in the City in preparation for the Commonwealth Games 2022. The contract is divided into lots. Potential Suppliers are invited to bid for one or more of the lots described in the quote documentation. All completed Flower Towers need to be delivered to Cofton Nursery, Lickey Road, Rednal, Birmingham. B45 8UR on 6th June 2022. On delivery, the Council will expect that the plants will be fully established with good trails and hiding most of the tower structure. The towers will need to be planted with various colour schemes. The main colours to be used in each tower is described in the quotation document available to download as follows.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
