Description

The Troubled Families Team in the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has commissioned an independent national evaluation of the expanded Troubled Families Programme. This evaluation aims to demonstrate impact; measure value for money; and evaluate the transformation of services and effectiveness of a family intervention approach.

Lot 4 covers a programme of qualitative work to understand the level and form of service transformation achieved and the nature of family intervention working.
