Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames are seeking to develop the Guildhall as part of their Future of Workspace Programme. An Architect is required to lead and conduct a RIBA Stage 1 and 2 review to establish the workspace parameters for the Council.

The Architect will support the client side team to initially take the project up to feasibility stage (RIBA stage 2) including the initial co-design process, formation of a business case and then, subject to formal committee approvals, up to making planning applications and approval (RIBA stage 2/3).
