TIIG to identify key staff from each ED and arrange quarterly meetings with ED staff to discuss data quality. TIIG to provide monthly completion rates, data quality reports and feedback to EDs on how the data is being used locally.\r
2. Provision of cleaned Cheshire and Merseyside ED disaggregated monthly injury data files to local partners. Data will be shared on a monthly basis and backdated accordingly. 3. TIIG to create and maintain distribution lists for local partners who want to access ED data and work with the commissioners to identify local partners who wish to make use of TIIG data. Those local partners will be provided with access to an online secure dropbox where they can access monthly data extracts.\r

5. Support local partners in injury/violence prevention through bespoke analysis, presentations and data requests. Through the establishment of a steering group with a representative from each local authority, TIIG to work with each area to set areas for bespoke pieces of work. Previous bespoke analysis has included quarterly rolling data summary reports of injuries in children, falls, deliberate self-harm, alcohol related attendances and domestic violence. Reports to include both ED and NWAS data. TIIG to work with the Champs Intelligence lead and steering group to discuss areas of common requests to identify where a single piece of analysis may be appropriate.\r
6. TIIG to organise and administer quarterly Cheshire and Merseyside stakeholder meetings. Key stakeholders from each local authority to be identified and invited to attend. The purpose of these meetings will be to bring together those who are using TIIG data to discuss the value of the data, potential avenues for improvement, local priorities and future planning.\r
7. Continue TIIG development. This should include promoting the TIIG data request service to partners. All local partners within Cheshire and Merseyside to have the opportunity to request specific data which will be useful for thei
