Description

LLA requires the technical support and advice of specialist noise consultants to assist with the production of quarterly and annual noise contours, the noise insulation scheme, reports associated with compliance of the current planning conditions and attendance at the relevant consultative committee meetings. It will also be used for noise modelling as part of the airspace modernisation process

It will be broken down into 3 different lots, as below:
o Lot 1: Airspace Change noise modelling
o Lot 2: Independent LLACC advisor
o Lot 3: Airport regular reporting and advise
