The administration of the National Curriculum Assessments is via a website known as "NCA Tools" and is accessed via https://ncatools.education.gov.uk/ NCA Tools is a web based system that allows schools and local authorities, at Key Stages 1, 2 and 3 to administer National Curriculum Assessments and supply Teacher Assessment data. The Application is fully developed and the requirement is for a hosting, maintenance and development service for the Application.
