Description

Westminster City Council and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the 'Bi-Borough') would like to invite you to our market engagement event ahead of launching the tender of Passenger Transport Contracts for Minibus Services in December 2018 so that new services are in place from Summer 2019.

We are looking for providers that will deliver:
- a customer focussed service
- strong communication with all stakeholders
- a good understanding of the needs of our service users
- a safe, consistent, and appropriate service

This is a sensitive service which will need to meet the complex needs, special educational needs and learning difficulties or disabilities for vulnerable children, young people and adults.

This tender represents a great opportunity to work with the Bi-Borough to provide minibus services to around 450 residents, across 50 regular routes on a number contracts worth approximately £3.5m per year.

The Market Engagement event is on the 5th November at 3pm at Kensington Town Hall, London, W8 7NX.
