Description

The Trust currently purchases their Printed Forms & Specimen bags on an ad-hoc basis and has an annual usage of around 1515 boxes of the various forms. A breakdown of usage is in included in the ITT Proforma document. The Trust is aiming to drive down the cost via a longer fixed term contract but also to maintain the quality of the product.
