Description

This Tender seeks to procure a comprehensive and efficient Secondary Uses Service and Service Level Agreement Monitoring Information System (\"SUS/SLAM information system\"), which will assist the Contracting Authority in meeting its requirements.
The SUS/SLAM Information System is essential to support contracts and commissioning; supplying commissioners, secondary users and the Trust's finance team with datasets that conform to national/contractual data standards and requirements. Datasets produced from the SUS/SLAM information system facilitate monitoring of the volume and quality of Trust's services, best practices and the Trust's contractual obligations. The datasets from the SUS/SLAM information system also ensure the Trust's Finance team have the necessary datasets to calculate the income due on activity in accordance with national rules and the cost of activity (income and costing). This Service Specification sets out the requirements of the Service Provider who should properly build and maintain the SUS/SLAM information system for the ownership and use of Imperial College Healthcare Trust. The SUS/SLAM information system is defined as being the service expected to be provided by the Service Provider.
