Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for technical assurance and compliance support for Highways England. The contract will specifically support the Monitoring and RIS Compliance Division of the Strategy and Planning Directorate.
This activity is based on best practice from Utility sectors. The project has the explicit requirement to transfer skills into HE from best practice elsewhere.
This will enable Highways England to harness the necessary advice, knowledge and support to deliver its objectives in these areas both within the division, across Strategy and Planning and the wider organisation.
