Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
- The University of Leeds has one of the largest Trend BMS systems in the U.K., having in excess of 75 LAN's and approximately 100,000 points.

A BEMs officer manages the Trend BEMS controls system, with a second officer tasked with maintaining the extensive metering system utilising Niagara AX/N4 and Niagara 4 with Jace data collection devices in the field.

The University of Leeds requires a partner to provide BEMS and metering support to the Academic Estate.

This document should be read in conjunction with the relevant supporting documents / appendices listed in the additional tender information section.

Academic Site - All Trend BEMs systems located within the Academic portfolio are covered by this contract with the exception of the University owned properties located at St James Hospital.

Residential Properties - are not included within this contract as they are currently covered by a full FM contract provider.
