Description

In order to fully characterise the genomes of 2,000 isolates of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, the University requires a bacterial whole genome sequencing service on an Illumina platform generating paired-end reads with a suitable read length at a minimum coverage of 30x.
