Description

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust require a taxi service for UHCW Hospital, Clifford Bridge Road, Coventry, CV2 2DQ to maintain the current service level and to make efficiency savings.

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust requirements are summarised into 3 areas which are as follows:

1. Transportation of staff and patients to and from UHCW Hospital, Clifford Bridge Road, Coventry, CV2 2DQ. This will include a requirement for wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

2. Regular collection and delivery of specimens, patient's notes and blood products from University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

3. Ad hoc collection and delivery of equipment such as wheelchairs and small medical items.
