OBJECTIVES

.To maximize the opportunity from the growth in Chinese visitors to Britain.
.To continue to look at RMG's key selling points and developing them for each market segment within China i.e. leisure, corporate or student travel.
.To drive visitor numbers across RMG attractions especially to Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum and the Queen's House.
.To build a marketing plan around the key messages of RMG.
.To build relationships with key tour operators in the market..
.To attend key industry events in market representing RMG.
