You are invited to submit a quotation for these works in accordance with the attached specification and drawings. Quotations should be provided by 4pm on Friday March 15th in a sealed envelope marked Confidential Tender - To be opened to by the tendering committee only and should be delivered to Marlborough Town Council, 5 High Street Marlborough SN8 1AA
Please note the following:
1. The building may be seen and accessed from the road.
2. The basement may be visited by arrangement with Richard Spencer-Williams
