Description

Quotation Submission Deadline is 12:00 hours on 5th January 2018.

The selected residential agent will be required to work collaboratively with the SEBC project team, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and the appointed architects' practice (due to be appointed January 2018), advising on market interest and providing input regarding optimum space and other requirements of potential tenants/purchasers.
