Description

We are requesting submissions from suppliers on the CPC Digital Transformation Framework ( LOT 2) ( Ref CPC/DU/MFD/03A) to supply a managed print solution to The University of Cumbria. Our Print Room and non-networked printers are included in Option 1 of this Invitation to Tender. Option 2 assumes the closure of our Print Unit and the provision of a third party reprographics service. Our preference is for suppliers to price both options.
Covid19 has, of course, changed the landscape and we are therefore looking for a phased introduction of new MFDs with a minimum order as stated in the specification with flexibility to add more MFDs later in the year / contract if required.
We are awarding the contract for a period of 5 years.
