Description

1.1 The Authority is looking for suppliers for the Survey on Attitudes to the Environment project which seeks to obtain information to assess the public's awareness, attitudes and behaviours in relation to the core policy remit of Defra through use of a large scale tracker survey.

1.2 It is proposed that a procurement is conducted via an open procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCRs) to develop a contract for an annual survey to commence in September 2020 and to conclude in August 2021 (Wave 1), with the option to extend the contract to deliver a second annual survey commencing in January 2022 to conclude in August 2022 (Wave 2).

1.3 The Authority is using Bravo for this procurement which means the ITT and the forms for submitting a Tender are only available in electronic form. It can be accessed via your web browser at http://defra.bravosolution.co.uk.

1.4 Tenderers are required to submit their Tender in accordance with the instructions set out in Bravo and the ITT.
