Description

The framework will be a multi-lot, multi-supplier agreement covering an array of plant for hire with operator. Established for primary user, Leicestershire County Council, with secondary use of the framework anticipated by Coventry City Council.

An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
