Description

Remove the existing heating plant within the boiler room, install new gas fired boilers, flue systems, heating pumps, automatic controls, hot water generator, and all associated pipework, valves, electrical and builders work.
Limited asbestos removal works in the term of old gaskets potentially required.
Works to be undertaken during Summer break, therefore, use of a temporary mobile boiler plant is not necessary.
