Description
To provide e-learning training media to establishments within UK Air Command. The Output will comprise of courseware (single or dual screen), 2D/3D models or animations and interactive pages. All output must be coded in HTML5 and be conformant with MOODLE 2.6 (or above) as well as SCORM compliant (if required). Output shall be delivered on CD or directly onto the Defence Learning Environment (DLE) or user Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platform. The authority requires output that is designed for a specific solution on an ad-hoc basis: the contract shall not service large volumes of training transformation work.
