Description
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is operational within KCHFT, primarily HR services with an ambitious programme of work over the next 12 months which will lay the foundation for subsequent years.
We have contracted with an RPA solution until May 2023 and will be looking to mid-2022 to procure a long-term RPA solution which will be mainstreamed into IT as an organisational digital enabler.
RPA expansion is part of our digital strategy. It has been very successful in HR and significant ROI has already been realised.
In order meet our requirements over the next twelve months and beyond we require assistance from an experienced, capable and innovative provider that can help support our journey and partner with us to support RPA development, with a primary focus on creating automations which is currently in our pipeline from established processes.
Our chosen partner must have an in-depth knowledge and a close proven working relationship with Automation Anywhere. Experience and knowledge of the NHS and preferable proven history of providing automations within the healthcare sector.
Given the requirement's you must have immediate availability, up to 155 days. This will be from April 2022 to March 2023.
Security is of the upmost importance and as a minimum provider must hold ISO 27007 - 2013, ISO 27002 - 2013 and would be expected to provide evidence of this and any other accreditations held.
The budget for this is £110,000 inclusive of VAT. Responses that are over this value won't be evaluated.
